
Golden Glory Icing
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup canned crushed pineapple
- 6 cup sifted confectioner's sugar
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
Directions
- Cream butter and salt with egg yolks.
- Add well drained pineapple and sugar.
- Add pineapple juice gradually to make proper consistency.
