Carrots or Turnips O'Brien

Ingredients

  • cooked carrots, or turnips
  • salt
  • green
  • red pepper
  • 2 tablespoon fat
  • vegetable

Directions

  1. Chop carrots or turnips and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add chopped green or sweet red pepper.
  3. Melt fat in a frying pan and spread a thin layer of the vegetable in the pan.
  4. Heat slowly, serve hot.
