Scrapple II

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Brown onion slowly in a little fat.
  2. Add meat, seasoning and water.
  3. Cook at simmering point 20 minutes.
  4. Add to corn meal and boil for 1 hour.
  5. Turn into a mold, cool, cut in slices and fry in fat until brown.
  6. Serve with gravy or tomato sauce.
