Scalloped Noodles, Hungarian Style
Ingredients
- 8 ounce fine noodles
- 1 love garlic
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 2/3 cup evaporated milk, soured with
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dash Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 pound chipped beef, - small pieces
- grated Italian style cheese
- paprika
Directions
- Cook the noodles in boiling, salted water to which the garlic has been added, for 10 minutes.
- Drain.
- Mix, with other ingredients.
- Put in a buttered casserole, and bake 45 minutes, in a moderate oven (350 f).
- Sprinkle generously with cheese and paprika.
- Return to oven for 5 minutes.
