Scalloped Noodles, Hungarian Style

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce fine noodles
  • 1 love garlic
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 2/3 cup evaporated milk, soured with
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 dash Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 pound chipped beef, - small pieces
  • grated Italian style cheese
  • paprika

Directions

  1. Cook the noodles in boiling, salted water to which the garlic has been added, for 10 minutes.
  2. Drain.
  3. Mix, with other ingredients.
  4. Put in a buttered casserole, and bake 45 minutes, in a moderate oven (350 f).
  5. Sprinkle generously with cheese and paprika.
  6. Return to oven for 5 minutes.
