Scalloped Noodles, Hungarian Style

Yield: 6 - 8 servings

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cook the noodles in boiling, salted water to which the garlic has been added, for 10 minutes.
  2. Drain.
  3. Mix, with other ingredients.
  4. Put in a buttered casserole, and bake 45 minutes, in a moderate oven (350 f).
  5. Sprinkle generously with cheese and paprika.
  6. Return to oven for 5 minutes.
