Barley Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 pound beef, shin
  • 1/4 pound pearl barley
  • parsley
  • 6 onions
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 4 quart water

Directions

  1. Put into a soup kettle and simmer gently for four hours.
