White Sauce for Peas
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
Directions
- Melt the butter, add the flour and salt, mixing well, and the milk, stirring constantly.
- Cook two minutes.
- Add the peas.
