White Sauce for Peas

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions

  1. Melt the butter, add the flour and salt, mixing well, and the milk, stirring constantly.
  2. Cook two minutes.
  3. Add the peas.
