Rye Griddle Cakes

Ingredients

  • 2 cup rye flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup entire wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pint milk

Directions

  1. Sift dry ingredients together.
  2. Add milk.
  3. Add well beaten eggs.
  4. Beat thoroughly and cook immediately on a hot greased griddle.
