Blueberry Muffins

Yield: 12 large muffins



  1. Set oven for hot, 400f.
  2. Cream shortening; add sugar gradually, creaming thoroughly.
  3. Beat eggs; add.
  4. Mix and sift 1-2/3 cups flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Add alternately with milk to first mixture.
  6. Mix blueberries with remaining flour; stir in lightly.
  7. Bake in greased muffin pans 1/2 hour.
