Rezuto
Ingredients
- 1 large onion
- 14 ounce canned minced clams
- 6 celery, stalks (with leaves)
- 2 tablespoon parsley
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 2 cup water
- 1 No. 2 1/2 can tomatoes
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 8 ounce caned tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 cup uncooked rice
Directions
- Dice onion and celery and brown in oil.
- Add remaining ingredients except rice and simmer 2 -3 hours.
- Before serving add rice and cook 20 minutes longer or until rice is tender.
