Rezuto

Ingredients

  • 1 large onion
  • 14 ounce canned minced clams
  • 6 celery, stalks (with leaves)
  • 2 tablespoon parsley
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 2 cup water
  • 1 No. 2 1/2 can tomatoes
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 8 ounce caned tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup uncooked rice

Directions

  1. Dice onion and celery and brown in oil.
  2. Add remaining ingredients except rice and simmer 2 -3 hours.
  3. Before serving add rice and cook 20 minutes longer or until rice is tender.
