Pickled Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 2 cup green beans
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water

Directions

  1. Clean and cook whole green beans.
  2. Place them in a sterile pint jar.
  3. Boil the water, vinegar sugar and 1/8 tsp.
  4. Salt.
  5. Pour over the beans and seal jar.
