Peach Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup peach juice
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Mix one tablespoon of the peach juice with the flour.
  2. Gradually add the rest of the peach and lemon juice.
  3. Add the salt.
  4. Cook one minute.
  5. Add the butter.
  6. Serve hot.
