Peach Sauce
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup peach juice
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Mix one tablespoon of the peach juice with the flour.
- Gradually add the rest of the peach and lemon juice.
- Add the salt.
- Cook one minute.
- Add the butter.
- Serve hot.
