Mint Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup mint, leaves
- 4 tablespoon vinegar
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Chop the mint leaves very fine.
- Add the boiling water and sugar.
- Cover closely and let stand one-half hour.
- Add the vinegar, pepper and salt.
