Mint Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mint, leaves
  • 4 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Chop the mint leaves very fine.
  2. Add the boiling water and sugar.
  3. Cover closely and let stand one-half hour.
  4. Add the vinegar, pepper and salt.
