Maitre d'Hotel Butter Sauce
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley
Directions
- Cream the butter, add the lemon juice, salt, pepper and finely chopped parsley.
- Pour this over new potatoes which have been boiled.
- Garnish with parsley.
