Maitre d'Hotel Butter Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley

Directions

  1. Cream the butter, add the lemon juice, salt, pepper and finely chopped parsley.
  2. Pour this over new potatoes which have been boiled.
  3. Garnish with parsley.
