Ingredients

  • 2/3 pound ham
  • 2 tablespoon water

Directions

  1. Wipe a slice of ham (one-third of an inch thick) and remove the rind.
  2. Place in a hot frying-pan.
  3. Add the water.
  4. Cook until brown on both sides (about fifteen minutes).
