Gravlax Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 5 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon (or more) vinegar
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- 2 tablespoon chopped dill
Directions
- Combine mustard, sugar, salt, and add oil and vinegar slowly, mixing well, lastly, stir in cream and dill, serve cold.
