Gravlax Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 5 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon (or more) vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon chopped dill

Directions

  1. Combine mustard, sugar, salt, and add oil and vinegar slowly, mixing well, lastly, stir in cream and dill, serve cold.
