Cole Slaw

Yield: 6 servings



  1. Combine sugar, mustard, salt and pepper.
  2. Beat egg; add.
  3. Add melted butter and cream; mix well.
  4. Add vinegar very slowly; cook over hot water, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
  5. Chill.
  6. Toss dressing with shredded cabbage; sprinkle with paprika.
