Dill Cabbage

Ingredients

  • 1 large onion, coarsely chopped
  • 2 quart coarsely chopped cabbage
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • few dill seeds
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup sour cream

Directions

  1. Melt butter in heavy sauce pan.
  2. Stir in the onion, cabbage, salt, and dill.
  3. Cover and simmer until just tender, about 15 minutes.
  4. Pour sour cream over cabbage.
  5. Serve hot.
