Cheese Noodle Casserole

Ingredients

  • 8 tablespoon fat
  • 2 cup chopped onions
  • 4 pound ground beef
  • 32 ounce narrow noodles
  • 16 ounce canned mushrooms
  • 16 ounce canned ripe olives, cut in pieces
  • 2 pound cheddar cheese, cut in cubes
  • 4 cans mushroom soup, thinned with
  • 2 cup milk

Directions

  1. Cook and drain noodles.
  2. Brown onions and meat in the fat.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Mix all of the ingredients and place in greased casserole.
  5. Bake 1 hour at 375f.
  6. During last 15 minutes add chopped nuts and chow mein noodles to the top and brown.
