Cheese Noodle Casserole
Ingredients
- 8 tablespoon fat
- 2 cup chopped onions
- 4 pound ground beef
- 32 ounce narrow noodles
- 16 ounce canned mushrooms
- 16 ounce canned ripe olives, cut in pieces
- 2 pound cheddar cheese, cut in cubes
- 4 cans mushroom soup, thinned with
- 2 cup milk
Directions
- Cook and drain noodles.
- Brown onions and meat in the fat.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix all of the ingredients and place in greased casserole.
- Bake 1 hour at 375f.
- During last 15 minutes add chopped nuts and chow mein noodles to the top and brown.
