Cheese Baste

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup crumbled bleu or roquefort cheese
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon monosodium glutamate
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

  1. May be stored, well covered, in the refrigerator.
  2. Shake or beat well before using.
