Bettina Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon pimento liquor , (the juice from the can)
- 2 tablespoon flour
Directions
- Beat the egg-yolks, add the sugar, salt and flour.
- Mix well and add the vinegar, pimento liquor and water.
- Cook in a double boiler until very thick.
- When cool, add the sour cream, and pour over the salad.
