Bettina Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon pimento liquor , (the juice from the can)
  • 2 tablespoon flour

Directions

  1. Beat the egg-yolks, add the sugar, salt and flour.
  2. Mix well and add the vinegar, pimento liquor and water.
  3. Cook in a double boiler until very thick.
  4. When cool, add the sour cream, and pour over the salad.
