Beet Soup

Ingredients

  • beets
  • meat broth
  • onion
  • carrot
  • cabbage
  • herbs
  • soup
  • sour cream

Directions

  1. Add finely chopped cooked beets to meat broth, along with chopped cooked onion, carrot, or cabbage.
  2. Season with herbs and serve hot.
  3. Some like beet soup topped with sour cream.
