Asparagus Salad

Ingredients

  • 18 stalks of asparagus
  • 3 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 pieces of lettuce

Directions

  1. Wash the asparagus and cut it in six-inch pieces.
  2. Cook for ten minutes in boiling salted water (longer if necessary).
  3. Rinse with cold water, handling carefully.
  4. Arrange six stalks on each piece of lettuce.
  5. Serve with salad dressing.
