Vanilla Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 1 quart cream
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Mix cream, sugar, vanilla and salt.
- Place in a scalded and chilled freezer.
- Turn until the mixture stiffens.
- Pack for two hours to ripen.
