Tiny Curried Fish Cakes
Ingredients
- 1 pound cold fish
- lemon juice
- 2 ounce sieved cold potato
- 1/2 ounce butter
- seasoning
- egg and breadcrumbs , to coat
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon beaten egg
- fat, for frying
Directions
- Put all the ingredients except the egg and bread¬ crumbs into a pan, and beat well over a gentle heat.
- Cool, and shape on a floured board into small sausages.
- Coat with egg and breadcrumbs, and fry in deep fat.
- Serve on sticks.
