Ingredients: 1 pound cold fish; lemon juice; 2 ounce sieved cold potato; 1/2 ounce butter; seasoning; egg and breadcrumbs , to coat; 1/2 teaspoon curry powder; 1 tablespoon beaten egg; fat, for frying

Ingredients

1 pound cold fish
lemon juice
2 ounce sieved cold potato
1/2 ounce butter
seasoning
egg and breadcrumbs , to coat
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1 tablespoon beaten egg
fat, for frying

Directions

Put all the ingredients except the egg and breadÂ¬ crumbs into a pan, and beat well over a gentle heat.
Cool, and shape on a floured board into small sausages.
Coat with egg and breadcrumbs, and fry in deep fat.
Serve on sticks.
