Sweet And Sour Celery
Ingredients
- 2 cup celery, diced
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Directions
- Cut up celery and cook in a little salt water until soft and almost dry.
- Make a dressing of the egg, flour, sugar, vine gar and water, bring to a boil and when it thickens add the sour cream.
- Pour this over the celery, heat and serve.
