Koprova (Dill Cream Soup)



  1. Boil: potatoes, water, salt.
  2. When the potatoes are almost done, add sour cream (can be thinned with some milk) mixed with flour.
  3. When the soup comes to a boil add dill.
  4. Raw eggs may be dropped into the soup after it is thickened and cooked over a slow fire, or it may be served with hard boiled eggs.
  5. For added zest, vinegar may be mixed into the soup,.
