
Summer Squash
Ingredients
- 1 squash
- 2 quart boiling water
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Cut in quarters, pare, and remove seeds.
- Cook till tender but not watery (30 to 40 min), drain and mash, then drain again and season.
