Ingredients

  • vegetables
  • stock
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions

  1. Strain the vegetables through the strainer, pressing thoroughly to remove all the pulp.
  2. Add the stock and one-half a cup of water.
  3. Reheat and serve for dinner with croutons or salted wafers.
