Potato Soup IV

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 2 cup cubed potatoes
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. In large saucepan, add onion and potatoes.
  2. Cook covered for 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
  3. Blend in milk, and salt.
  4. Heat, but do not boil.
