Potato Soup IV
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 cup cubed potatoes
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- In large saucepan, add onion and potatoes.
- Cook covered for 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
- Blend in milk, and salt.
- Heat, but do not boil.
