Pork Liver Loaf
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound pork liver
- 2 1/2 cup soft breadcrumbs
- 4 slices bacon
- 1/2 onion
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Let slices of liver stand in hot water for 10 minutes and then grind with the onion and bacon.
- Add eggs, crumbs, parsley and seasonings and pack firmly into a loaf pan.
- Bake 1 hour at 350° f.
- May be sliced cold if desired.
