Nalozene Veprove Nozicky (Pickled Pigs Feet)
Ingredients
- 6 pig feet
- salt
- water
- 3 cup vinegar
- 1 sliced onion
- 1 teaspoon whole mixed spice
Directions
- Wash and clean 6 or more pig's feet and place in kettle to boil.
- Cover with water.
- Boil 1 hour.
- Salt to taste, continue to boil until soft.
- When cooked, place the meat in a stone jar.
- Pour over this hot vinegar, which has been boiled with sliced onion and spice.
- Let stand at least 2 days before using.
