Nalozene Veprove Nozicky (Pickled Pigs Feet)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash and clean 6 or more pig's feet and place in kettle to boil.
  2. Cover with water.
  3. Boil 1 hour.
  4. Salt to taste, continue to boil until soft.
  5. When cooked, place the meat in a stone jar.
  6. Pour over this hot vinegar, which has been boiled with sliced onion and spice.
  7. Let stand at least 2 days before using.
