Lemon Chiffon Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 package lemon-flavored gelatin
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 lemon juice, and grated peel
  • 1 can evaporated milk, whipped
  • 1 9 - inch pie crust

Directions

  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add sugar, lemon juice and grated peel.
  2. Fold in whipped evaporated milk (see recipe).
  3. Spoon into crumb crust.
  4. Chill until set.
