Layered Peach and Raspberry Mold

Yield: 12 servings

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
  2. Cool.
  3. Arrange sliced peaches in loaf pan.
  4. Pour half the gelatin mixture over the peaches.
  5. Set in refrigerator to chill.
  6. Mix well drained raspberries with rest of gelatin and when quite thick pour over first layer.
  7. Chill until firm.
  8. Unmold on oval tray.
  9. Serve either as a salad or a dessert.
