Layered Peach and Raspberry Mold
Ingredients
- 2 packages raspberry gelatin
- 2 pint hot water
- 1 No. 2 1/2 can sliced peaches
- 1 can red raspberries
Directions
- Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
- Cool.
- Arrange sliced peaches in loaf pan.
- Pour half the gelatin mixture over the peaches.
- Set in refrigerator to chill.
- Mix well drained raspberries with rest of gelatin and when quite thick pour over first layer.
- Chill until firm.
- Unmold on oval tray.
- Serve either as a salad or a dessert.
