
Horseradish Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, (1/2 pound)
- 1 cup flour, (1/4 pound)
- 1 quart boiling water
- 4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cup horseradish
Directions
- Melt butter, add flour.
- Blend well.
- Add water and boil until slightly thickened, then add milk and continue cooking until thickened.
- When ready to serve add salt and horseradish.
