Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare a white sauce of the butter, flour, water, milk and seasonings.
  2. Steam eggs, and chop, reserving about 12 for garnish.
  3. Add eggs, ham and mustard to the white sauce.
  4. Pour mixture into a greased baking pan.
  5. Garnish top with chopped green pepper, pimientos and remaining eggs.
  6. Bake in a moderate oven (350f) about 25 minutes.
