Ingredients: 1 large onion; 4 tablespoon fat or salad oil; 4 cup cubed raw potatoes; 4 cup cubed cooked beef; salt; pepper; 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce; 2 cup hot water; 3 tablespoon flour; 1/4 cup cold water

Ingredients

1 large onion
4 tablespoon fat or salad oil
4 cup cubed raw potatoes
4 cup cubed cooked beef
salt
pepper
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cup hot water
3 tablespoon flour
1/4 cup cold water

Directions

Chop onion fine; cook in a 10- inch skillet in fat or salad oil until golden brown.
Add potatoes, meat, salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce, and water.
Cover; cook until potatoes are tender.
Thicken gravy with flour mixed to smooth paste in cold water.
Heat thoroughly.
