Glazed Carrots

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches small carrots
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon butter, or margarine

Directions

  1. Scrape carrots; cut in fourths.
  2. Lengthwise; place in heavy skillet.
  3. Add remaining ingredients: cover: cook over low heat, turning often until tender and glazed.
