Glaze for Savouries

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoon gelatine
  • seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon meat extract
  • 1 pint hot water
  • a little gravy, browning

Directions

  1. Dissolve the gelatine in the water, add all the other ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. To make a red glaze use tomato sauce and omit the meat extract and gravy browning.
