Glaze for Savouries
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoon gelatine
- seasoning
- 1 teaspoon meat extract
- 1 pint hot water
- a little gravy, browning
Directions
- Dissolve the gelatine in the water, add all the other ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes.
- To make a red glaze use tomato sauce and omit the meat extract and gravy browning.
