- raw milk
- salt
Directions
- Take raw milk and set on back of cook stove or on low heat until it curdles.
- Drain off whey and hang in cheese cloth bag until fairly dry.
- Then crumble and salt to taste and pack in small stone crock, cover and set in a warm place to age.
- Stir once in a while.
