Fruit Kuchen - Fruit Filling

Ingredients

  • 2 quart strawberries, or 10 apples, or 2 1/2 cups fresh rhubarb

Directions

  1. Use enough sliced fruit to fill a 9 x 13" cake pan.
  2. Kinds: rhubarb, apple, peach, berry, cherry.
  3. Rhubarb may be pre-cooked, if desired, by bringing it to a boil in 1/4 cup water (drain the water before using the filling).
  4. Spread the fruit filling over the crust.
