French Fish Roe Croquettes
Ingredients
- 1 can fish roe
- salt
- 2 eggs
- pepper
- 1 tablespoon cream
- cracker crumbs
Directions
- Mash fish roe with a fork, add one unbeaten egg, cream and seasoning.
- Shape into balls or croquettes.
- Roll in beaten egg.
- Then roll in cracker crumbs.
- Fry in deep fat.
- Garnish with parsley and cream sauce.
- Serve hot.
