Smoked Sturgeon S'mors

Yield: 32 rolls

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Take smoked sturgeon and put through food chopper to make ground sturgeon.
  2. Add rest of ingredients.
  3. Shape into small balls and roll in flour and fry in shortening until golden brown.
  4. Add one cup water and cover and simmer for one hour.
  5. May be served hot or cold with toothpicks stuck into them for appetizers.
