Frankfurter-Cheese Filling

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup grated processed American cheese
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 3 skinless frankfurters, chopped fine
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Stir cheese and evaporated milk over hot water until cheese melts.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Add frankfurters, mustard, and enough mayonnaise for easy spreading.
