Franconia Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Prepare as for boiled potatoes and cook 1 5 min.
  2. Drain, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and flour, place in a pan with meat that is being roasted, and cook till potatoes are soft, basting occasionally with the drippings.
