Franconia Potatoes
Ingredients
- 4 potatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Prepare as for boiled potatoes and cook 1 5 min.
- Drain, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and flour, place in a pan with meat that is being roasted, and cook till potatoes are soft, basting occasionally with the drippings.
