Dried Haddock

Ingredients

  • dried haddock
  • water
  • butter

Directions

  1. Place the dried haddock in a frying-pan and cover with cold water.
  2. Bring to the boil, then take out the haddock, place it on a dish in the oven, with bits of butter over it, for 5 minutes, and then serve.
