Chicken Paprika

Yield: 6 servings



  1. Wash chicken and dry well.
  2. Heat fat in 10- or 12-inch skillet or chicken fryer over moderate heat.
  3. Brown onions.
  4. Add paprika and chicken; sprinkle with salt.
  5. Cover; cook over very low heat 1 hour until tender, turning after first half hour.
  6. Pour sour cream over chicken: heat.
