Baked Ocean Perch

Yield: 4 - 5 servings

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Set oven for hot, 400f.
  2. Cover bottom of baking dish with lemon and onion slices.
  3. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
  4. Lay fillets on top.
  5. Cover (if pan does not have a cover, use foil).
  6. Bake 20 minutes.
  7. Remove cover; combine remaining ingredients: spread over top.
  8. Broil 3 inches below heat until browned.
